Scheme of Arrangement

The Scheme of Arrangement amongst the Company and its Members, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 and other relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and the Companies Act, 2013, approved by the Board of Directors at their Meeting held on April 22, 2016, to reclassify and transfer the amounts lying to the credit of the General Reserves to the statement of Profit and Loss, has been filed with BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
