The Company’s Customer Service Cell (CSC) (CSC) consisting of members from Marketing, Paper Making, Quality Control and R&D and Converting sections periodically reaches out to the customers across the country lending technical support to Marketing and customers.

Functions of CSC

  • To visit major printers and customers zone-wise across the country to get direct feedback from end user on product quality and the service rendered.
  • Understanding the intended usage of our paper and their feedback & needs.
  • Identify new product / application segments.
  • Market analysis to understand the changing needs.
  • Understand the customer preferences in different application segments.
  • Lending Technical Support to customers as part of Customer service.
