• Implementing OHSAS 18001 (2007) standards, Factories Act, Karnataka Factories Rules and other applicable statutory and regulatory requirements in all processes and services.

• Making employees, contractors and transporters aware of their individual responsibility and accountability regarding personal care with respect to various Occupational Health and Safety aspects.

• Auditing and Assessing periodically the status of Occupational Health and Safety performance and work environment for suitably taking corrective and preventive actions and continually improving upon the deviations.

• Integrating Occupational Health and Safety requirements as process for selection of plant, equipment, machinery, material, deployment of personnel and ensuring their development.

• Creating continually Occupational Health and Safety awareness among employees through regular Human Resource Development training and on and off the job educational programmes.
